This training is a year-long experience, but don’t let that overwhelm you!
You’ll be able to start leading sessions as soon as you feel comfortable, and you’ll have support every step of the way. This isn’t about cramming information—it’s about learning through doing, integrating mindfulness into your life, and feeling truly confident in sharing these practices with others.

CERTIFICATION/CREDENTIALS
You will receive a certification through this mindfulness program, and I want to be transparent — there’s no universal credentialing system for mindfulness teachers. Originally, mindfulness has long been a practice of passing down wisdom, with experienced practitioners guiding others on their journey and helping them evolve as teachers. While the field continues to debate formal certifications, concerns remain that rigid systems can overshadow the essential qualities of a great teacher, like wisdom and lived experience. My certification provides a practical, accessible path that emphasizes authentic teaching, personal growth, and real-world application — without the excessive costs or unnecessary complexity.

I have a $1,200 scholarship opportunity for an assistant to take any notes I request at sessions. I do my best teaching by talking things out, and sometimes I say something I want captured for course materials! I would be open to discussing expanding that assistant position for a deeper discount.

💡 How much time will this take each week?
Expect a mix of in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning. It’s designed to fit into real life without feeling overwhelming. It will take up to 4 hours each month. We will account for holidays, life, etc.
💡 Do I need prior experience?
Nope! This training welcomes all levels, whether you’re brand new or looking to deepen what you already practice.
💡 What if I just want this for personal growth, not to teach?
That’s great! Many people join for personal transformation and still see a profound impact on those around them.
💡 Is there a scholarship option?
Yes! There’s at least one scholarship/assistant opportunity. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. We can see if we can work something out.
💡 What makes this training different than others?
This training not only sets you up to share mindfulness, but it helps you both live your mindfulness and share in a way that works best for you. It weaves in other tools such as EFT tapping, embodiment/somatic practices, nervous system practices, and more. You will be able to use these tools with people of all ages. You can lead your own classes or teach them in businesses for workplace wellness, schools, and more! You will not only learn, but you will connect, grow, and feel more grounded and connected.
💡 What if I cannot attend a live training? Will it be recorded?
YES! Sessions will be recorded and available to you!
💡 What happens after the year is over?
You will have access to all recordings and all material. You will feel fully supported in all that you share and do. There will be opportunities to connect with others and continue your learning and practice.
💡 Can I use this training to start my own business or find jobs?
Yes! You can start your own business, weave it into the work you already do, and have opportunities to work with me.

Meet your trainer: Christy Langman
More about Christy:
I was born a teacher. I have always loved to teach others. Naturally, I entered the teaching system, taught special education, and was a reading specialist for 11 years.
I loved teaching and working with children, and I reached burnout while teaching more than once. My anxiety reached an all-time high. I was fueled by my accomplishments, so I kept putting myself deeper into my work. I was drowning.
I began to practice yoga and mindfulness. Not without much reluctance and a fight. I felt like I had no time, and seriously, my racing mind HATED it. Slowing down my mind was much needed and also SUPER uncomfortable.
However, after each session, I would feel different. I felt lighter and at ease. I had clarity, I was much more patient and kinder with my family. I was a much happier person. Life didn’t feel like it was squashing me anymore. My husband was begging me to go to more mindfulness and yoga classes.
I now teach mindfulness to youth, educators, and parents because it has saved my life. My favorite part is helping people find ways to practice that work best for them. There are so many ways to practice mindfulness!
